Oil Change Service 34545 EUCLID AVE

Let’s talk about Collin and the rest of the guys at this place! Everybody was EXTREMELY helpful with explaining things in a patient manner showing that they each understood how sometimes women don’t understand the mechanics of cars. I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of a quick oil change. The friendly demeanor of the staff was so welcoming from the moment I arrived. I did not feel rushed, and I left very informed about the upkeep of my car. Thanks guys for making this a great experience.

This had to be the best service I think I’ve received in a very long time for an oil change. I appreciated the description of everything that was being done at each moment. I learned about products or services that I didn’t know even existed. I was shown what my filters looked like and what they should look like had no idea that you could change the cabin filter on a car! I will definitely be back and share this experience with friends and family to try Take 5!

I came to this location on Friday. My first time with Take 5. I was serviced by Aiden. From the moment I arrived, it was ALL GOOD. So professional and informative. I paid for a premium oil change. My car is running so well now and gas is lasting longer. Aiden and the other gentlemen there were excellent. I Will definitely be back here for my next oil change. Thanks for the water for my two children and I! Nice touch. You run this business VERY WELL.

They were friendly. I primarily talked to a guy who had long blonde hair. He was easy to talk to. He listened to what I was asking him and told me what service they were doing as the process happened. Another guy with long brown hair directed me how to reset the the oil change reminder on my dash. I’d never done it in this vehicle and he was very patient as I pushed a wrong button two. It’s one of those tasks I hate and they got me through it fine. Good guys.

I love take 5! All their locations!! The Willoughby location off of Euclid Ave is my favorite though, I'm very familiar with every staff member & I trust them. They never annoyingly push me to replace my air filters and window wipers like employees do everywhere else, only when they actually need replaced. They genuinely care about my wallet too, not just theirs and that's super rare. I wish I could remember their names to give them shout outs I will next time I go. I spend about 12 hours a month traveling back and forth from Wickliffe to Kent and I pull thru take 5 frequently to check my air pressure and to top my car off so I feel save on those long drives 😁 & they're now able to see the Carfax on everybody's car, they were able to let me know that my car needed a coolant replacement? I didn't even know that was a thing, I'm very grateful that they have helped me get the most of out my car and always help me make my cars last as long as they can. I have a 2010 Hyundai accent she's an old girl 😂 I marked overpriced bcuz in my opinion that is a lot of money for me to drop in less than 15-20 mins when I know the men actually getting my car together are probably make pennies off of me compared to what take 5 makes off of me & that's gross 😳🙄😤 greedy people are the only type of people that own companies tho & that's not new or ever going to change. 😂
