This was the absolute most pleasant educational. And in depth or change, I've ever received the manager, there was extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and I could not have asked for better service
Staff was very courteous and professional. They checked all my fluids. I just bought this car. They topped off everything didn’t try to sell me anything. I didn’t need advised me that I don’t need to get my fluid flushed and air filters replaced and that my oil was super clean. They took extra care and cleaning off my windshield and making me feel like I was a valued customer I would definitely give these boys five thumbs up.
Great service, honesty, and team work! I was greeted in the line, given a bottle of water, and was told how long my wait would be. Everything was explained very well. My dipstick was stuck, so they asked my permission before trying to get it out- due to it possibly breaking. (Thank you!) Sherri was able to get it out without breaking it!
I really enjoy my visit the team was very knowledgeable keep me informed on everything that was taking place and everthing they were doing and providing ask me if I had any questions, let know if the car had any recommended up coming services I will return to the Twinsburg ohio location for services Gloria Young
left work on Sun am at 830 , after getting hammered with snow and frigid temps, only to notice my windshield wiper was broken and I knew i wasn't going to be able to see without my wipers being on. . So thankful that across the street was TAKE 5, AND THAT DREW WAS THERE TO HELP! NOT ONLY DID HE GET ME TOGETHER WITH THE WIPERS, YES, GOT EM BOTH REPLACED WITH RELIABLE BLADES FOR WINTER, BUT HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR HIM, I COULDN'T EVEN GET INTO THE BAY, AS I WAS STUCK! Great customer service skills shown by Drew.. very sociable and kind young man, who apparently loves his job because I must admit, I WOULD NEVER HAVE DRIVEN THE AMOUNT OF MILES HE HAD TO IN THOSE CONDITIONS! Thanks Drew, you're help and availability for me is greatly appreciated
