Overall great first time experience. Tamir was my tech he was very nice and pleasant. Very professional as well. He explained all my options and didn’t make me feel “obligated”. I will most certainly be back. The manager was on site as well and he was very helpful to Tamir. (I’m assuming he is newer) all in all great experience. No complaints.
The tech was working alone, and there were 2 cars ahead of me, but the tech made it worth the wait. The tech came out and got my serial number, so he could see if he had an oil filter for my 2019 Jaguar XJ, so I wouldn’t wait in like in vain.
I called these guys before going and they made sure I secured one of their coupons. So I went! As I waited maybe 10 minutes before getting in the bay one of the gents kindly ran me out a bottle of water without asking. When I was in the bay they put their best foot forward when changing my oil explaining what would be best for my truck and explaining what new filters I’d need showing me the old ones. I decide to cover all the bases I could and these guys got me out. Was there 20 minutes tops all together . Hospitality was awesome. Services were smooth, quick, & easy! Thanks you guys over there at this Take 5!
