Was there yesterday had my oil changed by myers? The store on alex bell road The guys did an awesome job. He talked, tell him exactly what they were doing through the whole oil process told me I hit my filters were need and changed. But I decided to wait till next time. They did a good job, very polite. And very considerate.
My experience at Take 5 is / was one of the best ever ! Coltin Humble has changed my oil in several locations , and is so professional and polite ! All of the Take 5 employees at the location, yesterday were amazing ! I only let Take 5 , service my vehicle ! Thaks to all !
The staff was very friendly, and informative. Showed me everything that they replaced (old and new) and were extremely knowledgeable. However, the only reason I didn't give them five stars is because of the price (was pretty expensive for an oil change) and the manager told me my oil light indicator could not be reset. He said they couldn't do it for my vehicle. However, when I got home, I googled it and found the instructions to be quite simple and easy to do. But the oil change service was quick and thorough. Good experience!

I went into this location after going to the Dorthy lane location and waiting 30 minutes to never receive service, so I ended up leaving after the gentleman wrote info on my windshield and let me sit for 30 mins, they only had 1 car in 3 bays i was frustrated to say the least I went home and was watching tv and Take 5 commercial came on and stated typically serviced in under 10 mins. ( MAD STILL) So the next day I went to the Alex bell location in moraine, where I was met by Aaron B and Paul H the manager, after me telling them about my experience at their other location they assured me I would not wait long, Well these guys were amazing heck I didn't wait at all they got me in started my car at 9:22 am and was done by 9:32 am WOW!!! They kept me informed on all my car issues, and whatnot and were so polite and knew their stuff. these guys need a raise!!!!! Maybe need to let them go teach the other location proper service to customers,
