Oil Change in Marion, Ohio

I went to get oil change a few days ago unfortunately my car had issues so it pretty much broke down in the parking lot of take five the three employees that helped me was amazing. The lady that was working. She was very helpful to me even though I couldn’t get my oil changed. She tried to do everything she could at the last minute to try to help my car get up and going, even though they’re no mechanic they’re not a shop for that she did everything she could and made phone calls and also offered me something to drink as I had a baby in the car with me as well. The two gentleman that was in there was also very kind and tried to help in any way they could which all three help me push my car into a spot as soon as my car gets back up and going I will definitely be out to get my oil changed hopefully the same employees will be there because I trust them 100% and I’m very leery about taking my vehicle to places because I am a woman and most of the time they rip me off but this place was awesome. I highly recommend going to them for an oil change. there’s not many places around that have employees that are so nice and respectful, but this place definitely has them.

I will never get another oil change anywhere else. I am so happy with the thorough A1 service that they gave me. They were so polite. I didn’t have to even get out the car. Checked everything and they even topped off my fluids put air in my tires. They also explained what’s needs replaced. They worked well together and got me out in a timely manner. I was impressed with all the knowledge they have. I felt like I was finally home. I cannot find the words to express how they made me feel. It was very affordable and wasn’t time consuming. It made my day. So if you want an honest knowledgeable friendly oil change or any other maintenance take your vehicle to TAKE 5 oil change. It gets better if you have a small business fleet of 3 or 4 or more vehicles they have a program that will keep your business rolling. There is also a warranty 30 days or 1000 miles whichever comes first. So drop by and OIL check it out. I am one happy lady and my Volvo is too. Thanks guys at the Marion,OH location. You rock.

The pricing isn't too bad , specially if you have a car that requires higher performance it can cost more then you like , but who cares right ? Long as you get the correct fluids etc and suggested why complain? They are always super friendly to me, I've used them since they opened here , and I've had zero issues ! Absolutely great management and team work there ! Highly suggest them , they get the job done and don't take long and I've not once had a issue

they did an amazing job they didn’t have my oil filter so they have a partnership with autozone and went and got it and it was not there fault they didn’t have it. there was an aftermarket oil filter put on. They still had me in and out with in a decent time and kept me notified of everything and how much longer it would be. would definitely recommend this place over any oil place in marion

I visited for the first time at the location in Marion Ohio. Toni greeted me at my window with a cold water in her hand for me. She was knowledgeable, humorous and kind. I upgraded the oil and filter from her suggestions. I will be back! Until I can’t afford it anymore, because DANG $150 each oil change is steep!
