Oil Change in Columbus OH 43229 - Take 5 #222

I was looking for a place to get a quick and decently priced oil change which is tough when u live in the city and your ride only takes 100% synthetic. So I called around and these guys were so nice, up front and honest, gave me direction to find coupons online, and when I got there they were about to close but picked up the traffic cone blocking the entrance and said come on in miss! Great experience, lovely gentlemen employees and 6.7 total quarts in my ‘24 Ford Bronco Sport out the door for under $90. Will def go back in the future… GREAT WORK TYRONE AND TEAM at the Schrock Rd. location. Y’all sure do know how to make a thrifty gal happy! Steve was kind enough to actually check my oil as opposed to just relying on the “numbers”, which suggested I did need a change. He showed me the oil that was just fine and advised me to return on the date on the sticker you put on last time-3.19. He said that with the recent weather fluctuations, my sensor could be acting up. As a divorced single mother who had to leave a domestic violence marriage, money is a big issue. The fact that your shop always takes care of me to give me the best deals as well as being concerned for my safety really means a lot. I will continue to patronize and refer my friends! Steve definitely went above and beyond. Please give him a raise!

If they see an issue with your car or their own staff, they fix it quickly! I've been going here for years. My last oil change left me leaking oil, so I went back for a warranty check. They ended up getting rid of all those people who weren't doing it by the book. Totally new management and staff. Fixed my issue and sent me on my way as a happy customer. Its always been great service but now its being managed properly too! Great techs and great management! Can't beat it.

I'm weary about going to oil change places. They have forgotten to put my dip stick back, they have broken their dip stick in my engine, or they put the wrong oil in. This place was AWESOME!! I got a premium full synthetic oil change but they didn't have the oil. So the shop manager gave me a upgrade on oil at the same price. They refilled my fluids and cleaned my windshield. They didn't try to talk me into services I didn't need. I will definitely be back. Everyone was nice and had excellent customer service. The oil change was $72 not bad and I used a $25 off coupon!! The shop manager was a woman and she was AWESOME!!! I will recommend this shop to everyone!

They did a great job changing my oil and were very polite so I'm cool. I was from out of town for a conference and realized I was way over my mileage. Price was average but that's life. Good stuff.
