OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #220
The guys manning the shop when I came through were both super nice and I wasn’t sure what exactly I needed but they basically checked the fluid levels, which were fine, and they filled my tires (which were embarrassingly low) and gave their professional opinions about what might cause the issue I described and sent me on my way. They were kind and they listened and I felt better about my drive home after a rather scary drive to work. Thanks guys!
I really appreciate the fact that the gentleman that was there by himself called his supervisor to see if it was OK for him to do my oil change. He was going to send me to another location, but instead, he called his supervisor or manager to see if it was OK for him to do my oil change. He also let me know what needed to be done to my vehicle and, when my car would not start, he did what he could do to assist. He waited for my son to come to help me get my car started. If there was anyway that I was able to go back to that facility every time I needed my oil changed I would.
