I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Take 5 Oil Change, and it was all thanks to Marquis, the manager working solo on Thursdays. From the moment I pulled in, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and just genuinely down to earth. We ended up talking like we’d known each other for years; which is something you don’t expect from a quick oil change. He was completely transparent about everything he was doing, which made the whole process feel honest and stress-free. As a former mechanic I understood everything he was doing and why, no guessing games, all top-notch!
Stopped in to get my oil changed at 430pm after waiting almost an hour at Valvoline. I pulled right in was greeted immediately with a bottle of water! I was in an out within 30 mins as there were two cars prior to me pulling in. Everyone was extremely nice and professional! Thank you again gents!
I just had the most amazing experience with Take5 employee this Christmas Eve. This employee, Jamie, saw me struggling to put on some new windshield wipers at Auto Zone and offered to help me out at the Take5 down the street. He fitted the wipers on and filled up my wiper fluid for free, all while making nice conversation. He was genuinely very helpful, I especially appreciate his kindness on a night when I was trying to rush home for family Christmas. Very nice employee, such a lovely interaction
