OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #147
This time around the experience was much better. The new manager Ray, seems to have things flowing well. Colton and his crew changed my oil and differentials. Since OSHA doesn't like fun and frowns on customers being in the car while the car is being lifted, I spent some time in the office with Ray. There is learned that he is big on ensuring the continued education of his employees on products and best practices. Not sure if that is SOP or his own diligence, but either way it's great to see. Everyone was professional. I received great customer service.
They were cool. I went for an oil change. Normally when I pull up, they bring out water. But I didn’t get any water. Maybe they don’t do that in the winter time? The lever to pop my hood gets stuck sometimes so one of the guys gave me a tip for next time so we don’t have to go through a lot of trouble. After the oil change, the guy said he’ll check my cabin filter and check my tires then I’d be done. When I told him don’t worry about checking the filter because he’d have to take off the whole passenger side he preceded to say “it’s just the glove box” then after about 3 minutes trying to figure it out he finally realized that I was right and it wasn’t just the glove box. My tires didn’t get checked or filled, my window didn’t get cleaned how it normally does and they didn’t check the wipers like they normally do. They probably didn’t fill up the wiper juice either. But maybe those aren’t madatory things. Other than that. Everything was great! They were nice and quick with the oil change. That’s all that matters. I’ll be back in when my oil life gets to 20%. Thank you so much. :)
