Unlike the Stow location on Kent road, the falls location was open and when I called to make sure, they sent me a coupon to use for that visit. Very personable staff that went over the change in oil.
Michael L was absolutely top notch on this visit. I had been to another Take 5 for my last oil change, and they tried to pressure me into a coolant flush when I knew I didn't need it. Michael did not do this, took time to explain options to me, didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need, etc. It is rare these days to get a service where someone is not trying to screw you over. Give that man a raise!!!
I used to have a membership here actually two because I have multiple vehicles. I got frustrated because usually only one lane was open so I still had to wait despite the membership so I cancelled.
I was getting an oil change which went off smoothly and was asked if I had anything else they could help with. I had filters checked-- the one under the hood was OK but the one in my glove compartment needed changed. I also asked if they checked tire pressure. I got my tire pressure done , they cleaned my windshield and I was ready to leave. I was a very satisfied customer. I'll be back.
The man who took care of me ( Didn't get his neme ), was VERY informative. He did NOT try to up sale me with extra stuff that I didn't need. I was VERY impressed with the service, this location ( State rd) is HIGHLY recommended by me.
