Instantly when I pulled up someone came right to me with a bottle of water. He then pulled me into the bay.( I forgot his name) Then Tyler the assistant store manager started his process. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was okay with. He was polite and very knowledgeable. I will be coming in for my next oil change.
I usually do my own oil changes, but my new position in the Army has took a temporary toll on my at home work ethic, so I came here instead. Due to Amonte’s professionalism & very detailed understanding of my vehicle, this is my third time returning to this establishment for an oil change. Having him on your team does this establishment a great service.
Tanner was awesome! He had great customer service. I didn’t get a chance to see the other young man’s name that was working with him but he was very nice as well. They were both very professional. You know a person has good customer service when my 19 year old son said he had great customer service and he was cool. Whoever is the manager there, you should give those young men a raise. You don’t find alot of young ppl who take their jobs serious and you could clearly see they take theirs seriously. No playing around or anything. I’ll definitely come back.
The mechanics were professional and knowledgeable. They explained every detail of the services they were providing and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed the positive way they interacted with each other, and I especially appreciated how they made sure I didn’t drive into the hole. Lol! Thanks guys for your service to both my family and our Wilson County NC Community!
These guys did great. They were both thorough and quick. They have good check steps in place to ensure you don’t drive out of there with no oil or no bolt in your drain pan. Great job!
