I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Rocky Mount! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done.
Courtney and her crew was absolutely amazing and very attentive. She got me in and out within 20 minutes! She seems very, very knowledgeable about all things car related, and super easy to talk to! As a new customer, I would absolutely recommend anyone to go there for an oil change And I will absolutely be back for my next one! Picture of the filter that she took out that I already had and she replaced it with a brand new clean one! The discount and coupons are very good as well!
Visited this location recently and experienced great customer service. I’ve had my oil changed at different places but this is by far the best place I’ve been to. I enjoyed the efficiency of the employees and the level of communication they had. During each part of the process the technician working on my vehicle called out what step they were on. I also enjoyed the fact that I can stay in my vehicle and see what they’re doing and when. Overall it was a great experience especially since the technicians didn’t try to oversell me unnecessary products and the fact that I saw the manager assisting the technicians and not just sitting in the office. I definitely recommend this location especially since the service is the best I’ve had for the price I’m paying.
Came to get an oil change, this was probably the BEST service I have everrrr got on my vehicle, ANYWHERE. Patrick and Jaquell customer service was BEYOND amazing, they worked very well as a team and were very knowledgeable. This is the only place I’ll be going from now on, I will recommend them to everyone I know!
From the second I pulled up, I was made to feel important and welcome. My guy was AWESOME!!!! I am a customer service snob and there is so little of today that I just had to post how great an experience this was.
