I really appreciated how they walked me through everything they were doing without trying to upsell unnecessary services—it felt honest and transparent, which is rare these days.
Impressive. I had such a great experience at this Take 5. Service was excellent starting with the warm greeting, but it takes much more than an award winning smile. These techs were attentive and professional at every step. They found and informed me about issues and concerns with my beat up old van that I should be aware of, and discussed with me a suitable plan of action. Their working synergy and constant communication with each other ensured a positive working environment where redundant safety was prioritized. I will be going back, and highly recommend that anyone in need of an oil change consider going here first
Had a great experience. A young man name of Mike reminded me of an old neighbor‘s kid named Caleb. Both young men are worth their weight in gold, diligent workers, and charming. Even Rashid, the floor manager at the time went out of his way to make sure my experience was exception. Thank you take 5.
