Had an excellent experience. Gerard and Ethan took great care of me from start to finish, professional, efficient, and respectful the whole time. I brought my own oil and filter, and they had no issue accommodating that, which I really appreciated. The price for the service was very reasonable, and everything was done quickly without cutting corners.
I was upset at first. Because this particular location does not take european cars in often,and they did not have my oil filter. Actually, I was immediately satisfied when the 2 technicians assured me that it wasn't going to be a problem. The 2 individuals where eathan and I call the other one. Lol, diamond mouth, shine mouth. I don't know his name but he needs to be recognized as well. These 2 guys showed me royalty treatment, especially Ethan. Ethan took the time out to make sure that I was okay. They asked me would i like a drink and they also gave me something to eat while I was waiting. Which was really weird to me. But I just felt like it was the royal treatment. All of them that were on staff today deserve a bravo.Zulu, if you're military, you know what that means.But today is april fifteenth and the time is 16:06 i have a lot of automobiles and I take care of most of my family's automobiles.I will be using this location for all of them as of today.They impress me that much.And I have over twenty five cars
I received excellent service at this location. Previously, I went somewhere else and I decided to stop and give these gentlemen a try. They greeted me, offered me a cold drink while I was waiting, asked questions, explained the entire process and even services my spouse's vehicle the same day.
Very professional and friendly staff. I do not remember the female's name, please forgive me, but I will say she does an amazing job and looks amazing while doing it! I loved her energy. She is so bubbly. I was having a very crappy day, but talking to her definitely put me in a better mood. Thank you so much for your professionalism and great customer service. I came here for an oil change. I'm a new customer. I will definitely return to them because they explain and answer questions. They were polite. And above all, I had my four children in the car with me, very hot day, and they offered free ice water and fruit snacks. Even the kids want to return here for oil change hahaha. This will be our new location. Sorry and Goodbye jiffy lube haha. Hello to take five !
