Oil Change in Shelby, NC at Take 5 #1527

I loved this place and the staff! They seemed to be excited to be at work even though it was a hot day. They gave me great service, explained everything plainly, and genuinely made me laugh which is crazy to say for an oil change place. They were training someone new but they were still patient and attentive. They apologized for the wait but it really was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. I highly recommend them. They even clapped themselves up for finishing the job. Wonderful service!

I was greeted by the friendly manager, Noah. He handed me a water bottle and told me where to go. I got a quick oil change taken care by a bunch of friendly employees. Their upbeat attitude greatly improved mine haha. They checked all the essentials and let me know about all the car parts and what could be changed. They may need a refresher on how to reset the maintenance required light on the cars haha. Thank you for the cheer on the car’s exit. It gave me a good laugh.

Christian and his team are out here really operating like a NASCAR pit crew when it comes to your vehicle ! They’re efficient, informative, thorough and friendly. I left knowing more about the current state and future care of my vehicle than when I walked in. Preciate him and his team immensely, I’ll be going there from now on faithfully.

Fast, easy and stressful free. I usually do my vehicles myself but age, health issues and a house fire take my work space and supplies have me outsourcing the work for the first time in forever. The young men were very polite and actually knew what they were doing, unlike the the feeling I have gotten when I've taken my girlfriend's car to a certain big box retail store that changes oil ( that's where she wanted it done).

Dylan and Videl were AWESOME. There were a few other guys also. Having two boys in the military it was really cool to see the teamwork and how they sounded off to one another. It verified their safety and helped me trust their thoroughness in taking such great care of my car. Dylan is clearly a great leader! His team respects his direction and acts without hesitation. He was very professional in advocating for the company’s initiatives and yet not pushy in anyway. Running multimillion dollar companies is my thing, and recognizing amazing customer service, quality care and teamwork is the fundamental denominator of success in any great organization. Hats off to these guys! They even clap when you’re done. I love this place, and won’t go anywhere else. On a side note, I’d hire Dylan to lead any one of my teams. I hope he does something big, he is an outlier, for sure.
