Before I could pull all the way into the establishment, I was greeted by Patrick offering me a bottle of water. :) From start to finish, everyone was professional and accommodating. My oil change was a breeze. Thanks again to Patrick, Nicholas and Gabriel. The entire staff was absolutely Amazing!!! Bring your vehicle here, it WILL be taken care of.
Great experience at Take 5 in Gastonia! We had two cars ahead of us, and Mr. James came out to greet us and even brought us water. When he saw we had our two children with us, he came back with juice and fruit snacks for them , such a thoughtful touch!
Friend of mine at work told me about Take 5 for oil changed and been using them for couple of years now. They always do a great job and are always on there game. My plastic piece under my car was hanging down and the young man came out and got wire ties and he fixed it for me so wouldn’t hang down and scrub on everything. That was above and beyond his duties. They do a great job.They are very thorough and explain the reason your car might need a certain service,without forcing it on you.patrick,michael,Jason and Brandon are excellent and have phenomenal customer service.Its the only place I will take my high mileage 2007 Honda odyssey van.I feel like since I have been going there,thet have added much more life to my vehicle.
