As per other Take 5 franchises I have used, I feel I got great service at reasonable to good prices. I appreciate the communication of the techs and the no-pressure approach. Say 'yes', say 'no', it's the same courtesy and professionalism. In addition to oil and filter, I got air and cabin filters replaced. They checked and inflated tires to my specs and topped off other fluids. This franchise in Sanford is just as good as my home Boone location. With what everything costs these days, it's nice to feel that you are getting your money's worth!
When I pulled up, I was greeted by Jeff and Luke. They were both so amazing. Jeff helped me gave me all the information I needed and made sure that I was not taking advantage. Most people would tell me I needed an air filter. They told me I was fine. Jeff also educated me on what the different oils and services they had to offer that would be best suited for me thank you so much, Jeff you are amazing. I will definitely come back.
Good service. Way better than Strickland brothers. The prices are still steep. I miss the old days when you got the window wash, air in tires, air freshner etc i guess those days are over. The bottle of water when you drive ups a nice touch. Id like to see them get a free carwash with oil change that would be a nice touch like the oil place in Aberdeen. I loved the 50% coupon that would keep me coming back alone. And the guys training from fayetteville were great. I got 1 car done 3 13 26 the other 3 14 26
Very friendly and quick, they reassured me multiple times of the work they were doing and when they were doing the work! The staff and store was an amazing experience! 10/10 recommend this place. I will be back in the future!
