OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #1442
The crew at Take 5 Western Blvd was very courteous, respectful and professional. I was very pleased with the entire process. I use this location for both our vehicles, always good experience. I did feel for the crew, yesterday was an u usually cold and windy day, but all the bay doors, front and back k were open. The bay ceiling heaters were useless. I would think that the Open Door Policy would be determined by the weather. Just curious. But I will be returning to the shop as much as needed.
I have been here several times and every time the mechanics have been very hospitable, offering me a water bottle, being detail oriented and check through everything as they are supposed to, then the manager always comes by with a great personality and checks every time to see if things went well or if there are any questions or concerns. He has a very genuine disposition and instills a lot of confidence that he runs a tight ship. I do not usually write reviews but in the few experiences I have had they did stand out as solid. Will be coming back in the future as long as it stays like this.
Wait time for oil change was long, but Carl came to check on me and offered water. Carl and Noah were great! Both professional, respectful but fun to joke around with, and thorough with their work. I missed the other guys—Hieu and Daniel, who worked on my other vehicle a few months ago. They, too, treated me very well and weren’t pushy with offering other services. Only negative: this establishment won’t do tire rotations or state inspections. However, they do give 25% military discount, so thank you!
Amazing service. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate that when I was given choices or had questions, the Take 5 professionals were able to explain in laymen's terms the pros and cons of each item that I had to make a decision on. Truly one of the best experiences with car maintenance that I've gone through.
