Best place for family friendly service! As we parents of babies and toddlers know, it can be hard to keep the kids content during errand runs. But the guys here at Hampstead’s Take 5 made my car’s oil change enjoyable for my little 1 and 2 year old, even drawing smiley faces on the windows with the window cleaner haha! It was sweet and I’m so thankful for them. They were patient with all of us, explained everything they were doing, and spoke so gently they even put me at ease! Definitely going here for any further services they can provide for my family’s cars, and couldn’t recommend them more to anyone else. You need great service, these are your guys!

What wonderful and friendly service! I called ahead to inquire about wait time and how long a typical oil change takes. When I arrived I was next in line and the staff was so friendly! They did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need and before I left they asked if there was anything else they could assist me with today. I asked them if they had recommendations on how to get all the oily streaks from off the inside of my windshield and not only did they give me the secret for keeping it clean, they took the time to wash it for me! I will be back!

Fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Surf City, NC! Bo, the store manager, and his team were absolutely awesome—friendly, courteous, and on top of everything. The service was quick and efficient, and they took the time to let me know exactly what I needed without any pressure. They performed the service I asked for perfectly, explained everything clearly, and even walked me through other maintenance options they offer.

I could not have been treated any better than I was at Take 5. From the moment I pulled in, I felt as if I was the only customer in the world. Friendly and professional doesn't even cover the service I received. As a woman, I was especially excited by the staff telling me everything they were doing, instead of being sent to a waiting room like other places. I was a great experience upon driving up when I was politely greeted by tech Kaleb and explained who’s going to direct me into the shop and how things are going to go. Upon driving in I was greeted by Julie which she was very kind and professional taking my information and showing me my options. Elijah and Kaleb then went and did my oil change as well as washing my windshield, checking tire pressure, windshield washer fluid levels, coolant level as well as all the air filters and windshield wipers. They were all super professional and handled everything great. I was then checked in by the store manager Bo which asked me if I had any further question or anything more he could address for me which I didn’t but was great to feel like a star customer. The experience was very quick as I was on my lunch break and had plenty of time to grab lunch after this quick and thorough oil change. Highly recommend and will be visiting again for my next oil change.
