Oil Change in High Point NC 27262 - Take 5 #403

I’ve never used Take 5 before, just had gotten my son a Camry and it was due for an oil change. Jordan greeted me…explained everything. I never felt upsold which is always very common when taking a car in for service. I was shown my air and cabin filters first hand and how they didn’t need to be replaced :) probably the first time I have not simply been told what needed to be done instead of shown how something didn’t need to be done.

Thanks to techs: Jordan, Kyshla, Nate and Thomas, your sportsmanship and communication skills caught my attention from the start. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water immediately upon approach. Team member asked if I would like the same grade of oil as before. I was able to remain in my vehicle during the entire service. I was highly impressed with the way they all worked together to get the job done. They worked skillfully and very professional. I will definitely recommend this place of business. I hope everyone experiences what I have experienced when I bought my vehicle in for an oil change. They were all exceptionally pleasant and professional.

Fast. Great service. Professional. Courteous. I love that they great you w a bottle of water, especially in the hot weather which, in NC, is most of the yr lol. I have used Take 5 for over 5 yrs on all my vehicles and have always been very satisfied w my experience. It's usually totally different ppl working there anytime I go, which I hate bc I like getting to know and trust the ppl that work on my car. To me, that's important and I have never seen the same ppl twice no matter how often I go. However, the staff are always very helpful, friendly and make sure you're well informed each step of the way. I also enjoy the top off service they offer for cars that only take 4 quarts of oil, nowhere else offers this. 10/10 recommend

I am a big fan of the whole Take 5 experience. I like being able to sit in my car, allowing me to see whats going on while it is being serviced. Fantastic employees that are a pleasure to talk with while you wait. It is by far the fastest oil change service in High Point. It is worth the price for the special service. Friendly, fast, fair, and they do not push upsells like the rest. Oh, I almost forgot, expect an ice cold bottled water to cool off while you wait! Thank you to all the Take 5 team on North Main!

5 stars across the board for me. I bring my Audi here for oil maintenance, every visit is quick, easy, and so pleasant. Justin truly went above and beyond this time. He was incredibly kind from start to finish. I called ahead with a few questions, and he took the time to answer everything & even offered me 25% off! When I arrived, he greeted me right away & offered me a water. I will definitely keep coming back for my services.
