Oil Change in Greensboro NC 27407 - Take 5 #1032

Today was my first visit and now I’m a customer for life! My last few visits with Jiffy Lube have been less than desirable so I decided to try Take 5. It was a wonderful experience! They greeted me with a bottle of water and a friendly face. The entire experience was great and Bjorn was awesome! Loved not getting out of the car. You know exactly what they’re doing! These guys were fast, efficient, and friendly. They were all smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend giving them a try!!

The greeter was great. He gave me a bottle of water and asked me what I needed to have done. I told him I just needed the cheapest oil change package you can do. He did not try to upsell me or convince me to get a more expensive package. He also told me about coupons I could download. The guys did the oil change super quick while I sat in the car. My car is running nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend them for your oil changes. Easy and convenient, but also doing quality work.

The guys at the W Market location as Fantastic and truly amazing! They have great customer service skills and take pride in their work and their customers.They will get my business from now on and I will let all my friends & family know about them. I use to go to the Battleground location but never again after being ignored on last Thursday evening 2/26/26 around 7:05 and they close at 8:00. There was no customers waiting at all and the guy working that evening had all the bays blocked with the cones while he sat in the office eating chicken. Poor & unheard of customer service and he saw me pull up and around because I looked at him when I stopped to see if anyone was working. That’s sorry and a terrible act of service!

I randomly put in an oil change in my gps and Take 5 came up at 90% thumbs up and it wasn’t too far from my current location so I headed that way and there was a full bay a single car behind each bay and I pull in the middle. I was there about 30 mins and it was an easy exchange. Josh, Logan, Keith and the gentlemen that took my payment (not sure what his name was) was very good, they were polite, quick and made sure I understood everything that was happening. I also got a cold water while I waited. When I was done they cleaned my windshield and set me off. My car runs so good and I thank you guys! I will be returning to this very location every time I need an oil change.

I have been coming to take 5 for almost 4yrs now and the last time I did a review was like 2 yrs ago but I just want to say that no matter what take 5 I go to it's always the same friendly faces speedy service and a sense of urgency to help. I went on 2/19/26 to get my oil change and boy oh boy they were busy busy so many people waiting but they didn't rush. Tre came and checked on us gave me and my kids water and fruit snacks and when we finally made it to bay 3 for our turn tre tony and Keith made sure that we got everything done that needed to be done talked with us and made the overall experience just like every time before absolutely amazing.. I will definitely be back keep up the great work
