I was super excited that they opened a take five on my side of town. Usually, I have to drive over to the Lawndale or the Spring Garden location. When I arrived, I was met with a bottle of water when the technician noticed that I had two children in the car, they asked me would they like water as well, and even offered a Danimals smoothie drink. I feel like my car was taken care of. I was educated and I was even given some awesome deals so I could save money. I’m so appreciative for the service, I will be returning.

I came in this past Sunday on 04/19 they were super slammed but it was worth every second I had to wait. While they were very busy and only had three people working the manager on duty who is also from what I was told is one of their lead techs julie constantly came out to the waiting cars and reassured us that they would be with us as fast as possible and came with refills on waters and apologies you couldn’t help but stay and see how the real service is. Once I was in Julie got all my info in and got everything ready for the guy to go under my car for the oil change(Caleb) which he did in record time from any of my past visits at other take 5 locations and Julie went above and beyond to give me every detail about the recommendations for my car. I used to believe that an auto shop or mechanic world in general was for men only but boy did she prove me wrong. Im definitely going to coming back this is my cars new home away from home

I had a great experience getting my oil change here. The attendant was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their helpful and kind attitude really stood out. They even offered cold water on a very warm morning, which was a thoughtful touch. Not to mention, the service included topping off all my fluids and insured my tire pressure was correct. Excellent service all around—I’ll definitely be returning!

I went here on the second day,they opened was not expecting much. They had twenty five dollars off their synthetic blend premium. So my total was a $113 at the end . I was highly impressed with these guys did not expect this at all. First things first, they do not take the oil pan cap off to drain the oil. They used a machine to suck it out. I've heard about this, but never seen it done. I go go there and this is very common in today's old places, much reliable in less chance of screwing something up down below.Also time saving. I did not want to stay in my car.So the guys let me stand beside the door and watch them do the services for me, they did everything they're supposed to and beyond.I definitely will be back at this location.... I highly recommend everybody give this place a chance. And I don't know why people are on the internet saying, they've had problems with this place.There's no way if they do their service, the way they did it.And I have a high end audi.q52024.. Turbo... I forgot the 2 guys' names, but they were awesome. Also, if the management is reading this, they were the ones who opened up the first few days.They were both great guys.Please give them credit, they deserve it. It came from their heart... It's not about speed, it's about how you do the job and you do it right the first time. That's what they did... Thank you!!!

Within just a few minutes, I was able to witness excellent service, professionalism, and—above all—respect and attentiveness toward the customer.
