My first experience with Take 5 oil Change, was in the state of Georgia. I was impressed with the service and the cost. So, when I learned that one had opened here in my hometown area in NY, there was no other option. And I was not disappointed. Service was fast, efficient and extremely friendly. My technician even pointed out I could get a coupon for my visit, by visiting your website. The cost was great for a full synthetic oil change. This will be my go to for all oil changes in my household from now on.
Leslie and Zachary did my oil change today. They ran into some snags and technical difficulties along the way, but were very communicative and personable throughout the whole process. Leslie mentioned it was his first time closing as the lead technician and he did an amazing job at problem solving and communicating with me about what was happening.
The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. They changed my gasket and my filter which hadn’t been done in all the years that I was going to Jiffy Lube. I really appreciate them and I’ll be going back there for sure. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and that was with a wait. Definitely give this place a try.
First time (wanted a last minute oil change and they open at 7) Waylon & Brennan were very friendly, incredibly helpful, helped me save more than I intended and didn't pressure me into upgrades or unwanted service. May well become my new go to. Thank you!
I tried this place out the summer. The guys there were friendly and efficient. I went back a second time, and again friendly, and great service. The best part was I was able to answer emails in my car! I highly suggest specially for a quick in and out oil change. I’m the worst at making appointments. They have great hours for people who work past 5 o’clock. See you guys soon!
