Excellent Customer Service. Hunter and Chris were truly 5 star employees. When I arrived Chris greeted us with water bottles. Then immediately started to work with Hunter verifying everything they are doing during oil change verifying every single thing til the end. Filled up my washer fluid. Checked my wipers. We were given the utmost customer service by Kyle the shift manager! He made a huge difference in the visit from a nice value of oil change to a full service including better grade of wipers etc. His type of service will take this company far. If this company knows what it is best that would be to make sure every customer gets the best service that my husband and I had. We also witnessed a training lesson between Kyle and a new, inexperienced employee. It was encouragment without any put downs and a healthy atmosphere that makes the new employee strive to learn and achieve to acquire Kyles confidence in the future. I would put Kyle on the fast track to overseeing multiple shops and holding training courses for the managers and employees. Kyle is just the kind of employee you want in any company! End of story.
