Yes, at my age, I admit I never before had an oil change in any of my cars. It was always done for me. The guys at Take 5 made me feel like family. They were very knowledgeable about many facets of car upkeep. They did their jobs quickly and efficiently, making my car purr again. And the disgusting cabin filter I really knew nothing about? Well Keegan pulled it out from behind the glove box and I was shocked by how awful it truly was. I very much recommend Take 5 for oil changes and upkeep on your vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience and I will return.
BEST attn to detail I've seen. Jesse kept calling out safety steps & status of engine parts, etc., and Jonathan were both working on cars quickly & efficiently. Double checking work, asking customers (who stayed in the car, how nice) to start the engine, etc. proved that these guys KNOW Their STUFF- exceptional professionalism. This is EXACTLY what you want in an oil change/fluid checking place. I saw them take extra care for a handicapped woman, and gave her examples of what to look out for if a mechanic tries to rip her off. I'm SOLD.
I’d been going to another company down the street for oil changes but after realizing I’d be the 6th car waiting, I decided to try Take 5. Only had to wait a short amount of time on a Saturday. Everyone was SUPER nice and explained what they were doing without being condescending. They have coupons on the website but they were also running a discount that day. Overall, quick and easy experience with really great service. I’ll be back!
You'll get a cold bottle of water if you want it, right off the start. I went to the Watson Rd. location. They were friendly, we had some fun joking, and very proficient with professionalism as well. They show you what is being replaced, if anything. You'll be in and out in no time. Thanks Crew
Extremely nice people here. They told me each step they did as well as check in with me on everything before they did it. It was such a pleasant interaction I was excited to tell my husband we got a new go to place. For once I didn't feel stupid while someone was talking about my car's health so to speak.
