OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR THIS TAKE 5 LOCATION
I previously went to a Take 5 off Lindbergh, and they forgot to replace my plug after an oil change. So my car leaked oil everywhere. I ran into an employee of Take5 while at work, he took a look under my hood and referred me to Devon at the Rock Hill location. I went to the RH location on my lunch break and the staff completely blew me away! I was greeted by a female mechanic with a bottle of water. Then I was introduced to Devon who took immediate action with my vehicle. He fixed the issue topped off my fluids, gave me snacks and juice. When it was time for me to leave I tried to pay for my services. They declined and told me, Take5 had to make it right since Take5 made the mistake. I bursted into tears instantly. That staff is incredible! I tipped them then left. That’s my new go to location now!
The guys saved me in a pinch, when I made the stupidest of mistakes. ..putting washer fluid in my coolant reservoir. They were quick and had urgency. Also checked all my other fluids and tires. I felt very confident my oops was fixed and everything would be okay!
Every employee was extremely kind and attentive. I was offered a water bottle right when I pulled in. I interacted with 4 different employees and they were all extremely friendly and welcoming. They showed me my air filter and let me know that it could be about time to change it, but when I said I didn’t want it replaced, they were extremely understanding and didn’t push or pressure me to get it replaced. I was in and out within 15 minutes. It was a fantastic experience and I will be returning for future oil changes. :)
I recently went to Take 5 Oil Change for service on my car. I had agreat experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They recommend a couple of things that needed replacing that I had been neglecting. They were reasonably priced and very quick.
Very fast. Very friendly. After I declined them to replace my air filter, they cared enough to point out that my current filter was too small. I'm really glad they pointed this out for me, after i initially declined. Shows they care!
