I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'S I recently found out my car needed oil and an oil change, so I called Take 5 to get a price quote. They were very helpful over the phone, and after deciding it was my best option, I headed their way. When I arrived, the staff immediately asked if I was the one who called, and to my surprise, they offered me a bottle of water and even gave my little one a pack of gummies. I was pretty stressed out, and that small gesture meant a lot.
Mike and Britten at the N Kansas Expwy location were absolutely phenomenal. Because of them I will NEVER be going anywhere else to have my oil changed. I have a Subaru STI that is my baby, and they took care of everything with it and were so kind and customer service was outstanding. They were also extremely efficient. I ended up also bringing my wife’s mini van for an oil change too that morning because of how amazing it was.
This branch of Take 5 is so fantastic! I've been five times now, and have felt so much confidence and trust in the work they were doing on my car. I feel like the people who work here really take pride in the work they do! Thank you, especially, to Lynn on my second time going here. I felt like I got a free therapy session, too! I needed to vent, and she heard me.
They were both awesome to talk with, while they were getting My oil changed! Polite and very efficient! He offered me a bottle of water as soon as I pulled up! All around is an amazing place, I would Def recommend this place to anyone that needs their oil changed,air filter,or cabin filter!
The crew went above and beyond to evac my oil in order to change. I was given excellent information of how maintain the correct amount of oil and also what to consider when taking it in for maintenance next week to my auto mechanic. Absolutely would recommend this particular location.
