This place is the best! They are so fast and efficient and super friendly! Not to mention you can get a lot done for a really good price! I got an oil change, air filter change, & windshield wiper change all for less than $200 AND it was all done and finished within 10 minutes! These people really know what they are doing without ripping you off and wasting your time! I have been going here for over a year now & wouldn’t go to another place ever!! Definitely recommend!!
I’ve been coming to Take 5 Oil Change for a while now, and every visit is consistently a great experience. Andi and Trevor always go above and beyond they’re attentive, professional, and genuinely care about taking care of my Jeep Compass. They explain everything clearly, never make me feel rushed, and make sure my vehicle is in top shape before I leave.
Justin and Jacob were amazing! I loved their work flow, very professional and productive. I love that they honor veterans. They were very kind and good. I brought stuff to work on in the car and never even got to it because of how swift they worked. I will be back!
Trevor and his coworker were incredibly friendly. Upon arrival at the station, I was given an ice cold bottle of water on a hot day, which was excellent. The mechanics were incredibly knowledgeable and personable, explaining things in an easy-to-follow manner. 5 out of 5 stars. I will be back.
Very professional and systematic. .. Every step was called out and verified by all the other specialists to make sure everything was perfect... That's how we ended up there... My wife had an oil change not 20 minutes before hand and drove to dollar general to find oil gushing out of the car... The place she had it changed at missed the o ring that was supposed to be on the filter element canister... Oil gushed everywhere... The employees at Take Five deserve the title of specialists they were very thorough and called out every step and verification,, then pulled me over and showed me where all the oil already was so I wouldn't be upset or surprised when I saw it later but more so I could clean it up since I had mentioned it... The place that originally made the mistake did pay for both oil changes and the manager showed up at the dollar general after the business was closed with oil to make sure she could get to the Take Five so I won't mention their name... It could have been bad but the very polite and professional people working that night at Take Five set everything right,, maybe we can't get that time back but it wasn't miserable because of them... Thanks
