WONDERFUL service. Zay, Phil and Tyson explained everything before they did any work on my vehicle.
No issues with the service, just the price. Drive a Jeep Compass with oil life monitor, current average is 6500 miles. Paid $116 (including $15 coupon and surcharge for extra oil—5 qts incl, mine needed 5.5) for the midgrade synthetic (they have three options: 3k, off brand synthetic, or premium brand synthetic) and the upgraded filter (they said the included filter was only good for 3k miles. If you change your oil at 3k religiously you can save ~$25 going with the entry level options. Buck-thirty is a little rich but obviously this is all convenience. I went on a Saturday, waited 10 minutes, and was done in under 10 minutes. The techs were nice and very efficient, no hard sell on filters and wipers, just asked if needed. If you’re looking for the cheapest place keep looking. If you’re looking for speed and convenience and considering this vs Valvoline, choose Take 5. Service is way better and faster.
Very reasonable price. Courteous staff and they do not "pressure upsell" services. This establishment is working hard to earn business and in my opinion, they are doing it well. Highly recommended. Tip: If on a budget and you car does not require full synthetic you can opt for the half synth option (used cars, and/or check your manual for recommendations).
I’ve been there now three or four times and I’ve highly recommended it to others. I used to be a very loyal Valvoline customer. Let’s just say that I would rather drive 6 miles to have my oil changed than to drive on the block and let those people touch my car again. The staff is always very friendly and helpful open and honest Would very very highly recommend them outstanding job five stars solid 11.5.On a scale of one to 10
It was a great experiance! They have many options for different budgets. Right when I pulled in I was greeted and offered a water! Then when we pulled into the bay they offered my daughter a juicebox and snack! The service and education was great about what the best option was for me plus my budget! All my questions were answered with no problem! They had all the past services which was nice since I just bought my used car! It was a quick and amazing experiance. I will be going there from now on.
