Oil Change in Muskegon, MI at 5530 Harvey St.

Went in for an oil change yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed. My passenger and I were greeted and offered cold bottles of water. Once we pulled in to the bay, we were met with kindness, experience, and helpful, informative employees at every turn. It truly felt like a VIP experience, and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was informed that my coolant is due for a flush, but I did not feel pressured in any way to get it done in that moment. I was simply informed what the need was, shown a sample of my coolant, and given the price. They also offer a discount if you get it done at the same time as an oil change. The price for my oil change was beyond reasonable, considering the speed in which it was completed, and the 25% off coupon I was offered when I called to inquire about pricing before going in. I truly cannot speak highly enough about my experience here, and will definitely be back!

Excellent fast service for a ’93 C3! I wasn’t certain they could do service on a Corvette, but knew it needed oil and decided to chance it. Sure enough, they were not only equipped but also detailed, communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. I watched and heard the MOD teach a couple of technicians, who were unfamiliar with the C3, details about the car itself and servicing it. They brought up replacing wipers, which I had literally just realized that morning were in poor shape, yet had forgotten about when I drove up to the bay. I have zero hesitations about coming back for further service, be it on the Corvette or a different vehicle. Additionally, the cost, with the new wipers, was less than the dealership. I went there for the first time, when I pulled up there were 3 girls working. Before I even got into stall the manager meet me with a bottle of water. They did an amazing job and recommended I replace the air filter and cabin filter. Both were nasty. My cabin filter took them about 15 minutes to replace because Buick put it in a spot that most people would need the dealer to replace. The manager and the oil change gal tackled it with out an issue.

Great Service Alert 🚨 On my family’s way south we stopped to get an oil change at Take 5 Oil Change on Harvey St. I have received a lot of oil changes, but I never had a place offer water bottles, fruit snacks, cheese sticks, and juice pouches to our children. If you have children you know they can be impatient while waiting for something as boring as an oil change, but with the snacks and drinks provided, they were content the entire time which made it 100% stress free experience. What normally feels like a monotonous quarterly oil change was flipped to the point like we had pulled in with a Lamborghini. The company is Veteran owned. Great service, pulled up and greeted with water for me and my wife, they seen I had three kids In the backseat so returned a minute later with juice and fruit snacks for my three kids. They are a in and out service had a person under the vehicle doing the oil change a person up top checking everything under the hood and a person who checked the cabin filter all at once.
