Over the years I have come to not expect much from Quick oil change places. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received from Austin at this Location. Everyone in the shop was very friendly, quick, but I didn’t feel like someone who is being rushed in and out. They were very helpful with letting me know what would be best for my vehicle without feeling pushy and sales. It honestly felt like they cared about me in my car. Definitely something I did not expect from a quick oil change location. I’m glad that I tried Take five and that will be where I continue to go from now on.
What a great experience! I’ve gone to the dealership in the past and they are always so rude and condescending to me but not at Take 5! Service was quick and optional services were offered but not forced. They were all so friendly and offering me a water bottle upon arrival was such a great touch. I will definitely be back when it’s time for my next oil change.
I'll be back! They were phenomenal and speedy and comparable pricing! Was thorough and took time to explain options and a coolant concern without making me feel like an inconvenience. Offered a water upon arrival and even offered a juice box and fruit snacks to my toddler in the back... a business that thinks of the kiddos is top notch in my book and makes for a return customer! Thank you so much for the hospitality (which is kind of funny to say about a quick service shop, but 💯 true!)
The technicians are all friendly, thorough, and very quick! I appreciate that they offered me a bottle of water, and that they checked out not only the hoses in my engine and the filters, but also my cabin filter since they had found evidence that a mouse had been dining on bird seed in my engine.
