This was my very first time visiting a Take 5 Oil Change location. I arrived just a few minutes after opening [on a Sunday morning]. I was greeted with a friendly smile, a warm welcome, and a cold bottle of water. I was thoroughly impressed. Both technicians were professional and courteous. They were quick and proficient. I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely return in the near future, and I encourage others to have their vehicles serviced at the Take 5 on Gause Blvd. in Slidell, La, too.
My experience was great. Everyone was more than helpful and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. The other location couldn’t help me because my car is a 2026 and they said they didn’t know the type of oil my car used or the amount so I called this location and they said they could help me out and that they did. Went in the next day and they did my oil change perfectly and even gave me a $25.00 off coupon. That helped out a bunch. I won’t go anywhere else.
I was very pleased with the results of my visit! !! I don’t know the name of the young man who assisted me but I’m so grateful because he couldn’t do my oil change due to my radiator being cracked, so he advised me to get that taken care of first, then he would be able to do the oil change. He also informed me I had more time before my oil change was needed as well as. Nevertheless, he checked my tires and informed me I had too much air in one of the tires and he took care of it. I sincerely appreciated the time he spent with me to insure my family. ❤️ to 5 minute oil change for an outstanding job. Keep up the good work!!!
Take 5 is quick and reliable. I was traveling from out of town and needed an oil change bad! I did not have to wait long, but they also fixed a screw (no charge) that was messed up with my oil pan! Highest level of customer service! They called their boss to see what they needed to do and made sure I wasn’t headed up the road with oil leaking everywhere!
So professional! The people really know what they’re doing, it’s fast and easy, and my car is well taken care of. The only problem is that you can’t put a tip on the credit card, and I usually don’t have cash to give them a well-deserved tip!
