Fantastic service every time! I have never had anything less than great service at Take 5. They are all so friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional while also being super efficient. My services there yesterday were no exception. James made sure everything was taken care of and I was back on the road in no time.
I was giving up take 5 since my last visit was horrible. Surveys don’t help either, I thought. This time the crew was singing 🎵 and getting along. They paid attention to my car. They asked questions I was never asked like would you like to change your cabin filter. Jonathan, Jude and Kam were concern about my 🚗 car. 100% new management and crew! Really good job!!!!!!!
I truly appreciate this location and the excellent service I received from Jonathan, the assistant manager. He was incredibly professional, possessing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He took the time to thoroughly explain the importance of maintaining my vehicle and walked me through every step of the process, ensuring I understood exactly what was being done.
I cannot say enough good things about the guys at this location. Cam is such a diligent, professional, and quick worker. I’ve brought my truck in twice now when it was overheating, and they took care of me so quickly and made me feel very important as a customer. I definitely will be coming back here. Anytime I need an oil change!
