Lafayette store was really good. I went to the New Iberia, louisiana store on Friday January 23, 2026. The service was bad. I waited for an hour and when I said something after 50 minutes the 2 black guy working on the cardiac was rude to me. I had to wait to go on Monday in Lafayette. The customer in the Cadillac was arguing with me and the guy working was laughing as she fuss with me. I told the lady I wasn't telling her nothing. If you check your camera you will see I'm not lying how long I stayed. If you check about 4 cars went before me of which about 7 cars was there including my Kia. He should have told me pull in the right lane since I was before all those other people. He knew what they was doing to the Cadillac so I won't sit for an hour. I was patient for 50 minutes. I left because my clothes was at tge laundry room and I missed where I wanted to go at 5pm. If you check i left and was scared to get service from them. I hope you consider checking the cameras. I'm being honest. I only said something because it was really bad for me that day at Take 5
I seen so many negative reviews about this place and all I have to say is try them out for yourselves. My experience was delightful. They were short staffed and did not anticipate being busy on a Monday; however, I did wait but it wasn’t a problem for me. If they were equipped or even slower the actual maintanence service is quick, and they are incredibly friendly. I recommend finding coupons online, Take5 is a bit pricey.
Employees were courteous, friendly, respectful and very professional. They make you feel at home. For my car Take 5 is my oil change rescue place. Thank you all for the respect and courteousness accorded my beings: kudos to you all guys .
I had an amazing experience at Take 5, and Ms. Jessica on Ambassador was absolutely wonderful. She was nothing but kind, patient, and kind (yes—worth saying again!) from start to finish. Throughout my entire visit, she communicated clearly with her team, and it showed, everyone was on one accord and extremely professional.
