pulled in with a oil leak and not only diagnosed the problem but repaired the gasket along with an oil change. Also serviced a radiator flush and fill due to an earlier water pump issue that resulted in 100% water in radiator. All with giving a discount on their services which was going to cost 4 times their cost at the dealership. Also very fast and efficient.
Very polite and helpful employees. HOWEVER, when I asked how much, they were evasive and when I got the bill (over $200) I was shocked. They hastened to offer a coupon, but you need to make them less salesmen & more servicemen. I do not know if I will return because Take 5’s methods are obviously geared toward sales. Employees great, your system bad.
jermicah was so pleasant and informative. funny, kind, very personable. i’m so used to being either talked to like i’m dumb and know nothing about cars or they don’t really talk to me about anything and just try to upsell me. loved him! and he was there in good spirits on his day off. give this man a promotion.
Took like 45 mins wasnt but me and another car and got oil on my vehicle. I also prefer to be asked about things like looking at my air filter before taking things apart to get to it. Update. The last 2 or 3 times i have been there have perfect.
I was the first customer of the day. customer service was on point. I was educated on not to wait until the last minute to do an oil change again.
