Oil Change Service Plank Rd

This is a new location closer to where I live. It is quite convenient and the staff that I have encountered are amazing, particularly Monica and Machiah. Pardon me if I misspelled their names, but that by no means diminishes the quality of care I received on my vehicle. The knowledgeable staff is 100% the reason why I bring my car to this location.

The City of Baker Take 5 team lead by Monica was great! ! Very helpful and informative. Sadie done an outstanding job at evaluating my vehicles needs, took careful time and worked her magic to ease the shock of maintenance needed. My vehicle rides so much better!! I absolutely love great customer service and hospitality. This was my 1st time at a Take 5. I usually ride to the dealership. Thank you to the lady that greeted me. She explained to me on the different service they offered and the recommendations of what needed to be done. Very nice and patient with me. Please keep up the awesome work.

I went to that location for the 1st time, my experience was really great. The staff was very clear on what they were doing to my vehicle. They showed me what type of oil they were using, filters that needed to be replaced and so forth. They did an excellent job I would definitely recommend them to other ppl.

Very professional! I forgot his name, but whoever was working the morning shift on Sunday, March 15th needs a raise. Hopefully somebody that can make that happen for him reads this. I was the first customer of the day and he was the only one there when I arrived.
