Great service! Prices are reasonable for a convenience service. Not having to wait a week for an appt for an oil change and then have to wait over an hour in a smelly lobby is worth its weight in gold. They offered me water, had juice and fruit snacks for my daughter, now she'll demand to go with me every time. Super respectful and professional even when dealing with my sarcasm. Went in for an oil change, they checked and filled tires, washer fluid, new cabin air filter (was pretty embarrassing to see the old one). Happy customer, will return.

Wow! This place was amazing!! Everyone was so kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job explaining everything, and you could tell that they were double checking each step of the process to ensure that everything was completed and documented accurately. The staff was very friendly, and even provided me a complimentary water. It was the fastest, easiest oil change I’ve ever experienced. I went at 4:00 on a Wednesday and there was no wait, and the oil change and service only took 15 minutes. They even cleaned my filthy windshield, and I’m excited to utilize the free top off service they provide in between oil changes!
I tipped $20 beause this was the first time in my life I have actually enjoyed taking my car in for an oil change. I had a very pleasant chat with the manager Take5 had brought in from Colorado to improve operations while her team worked on my car with martial precision. I normally took my car to the Toyota dealership in Wichita but after a very bad experience there I decided to try an oil change franchise again for the first time in years. Glad I did.
From the moment I called to when I drove out of the parking lot, they were very professional and so kind to me and my daughter. They found a couple of issues we had no idea about while doing the inspection and showed me everything they were doing so I knew I was being treated fairly. My oldest will be coming back from her trip with a car that runs a little smoother and much safer! I’m happy with my first experience here and will be back!
