I had previously gone to Valvoline on Markland for the past few years; however, today since they were not open despite posted operating hours, I decided to go to take five oil change. The experience was great, and Jay did a fantastic job. Took the time to go through all the recommended services and answer any questions in an informative low pressure manner, including changing the cabin air filter which I do not recollect ever be in offered anywhere else prior (it was in bad shape).
I went in to get my oil change and was helped by Justin. He definitely made the experience more enjoyable with his uplifting attitude and willingness to talk with me as he worked. The work went by quick and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. On top of that he and his team helped me discover that multiple filters were in need of changing. Definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here
Jay did a excellent job helping us get through our first experience with TAKE5. He did a excellent job explaining what they were doing. He was honest about our filters, pointing out while they had a little dirt on them, they won't dirty enough to replace. Any other dealer would try to sell us new filters. The entire team was positive and had a great attitude.
Always a good experience at this Take 5. I do refer people when they say the need or are getting an oil change. They were super busy the day I went, but still great service. One of their guys came in on his day off to help move the line along. That speaks to the greatness of the team and management, which is translated in their customer service focus!
Today, I was greeted by Jay, his service, professionalism and knowledge of my vehicle was very satisfactory. As a customer he made the experience pleasant. Thanks for your customer car! I appreciate it.
