During an extended business trip I decided to get an oil change. Unfamiliar with the area I googled options near my hotel which included several commonly known auto service providers including Take 5. I drive past 2 of your competitors and chose Take 5 because it appeared clean and well maintained. I was immediately greeted by Gauge and Carter who legit provided better customer service than I would expect. I was impressed by the level of communication with me and between crew members. Balancing not only my oil change, but another, they called out information details to each other and explained what it meant and why it matters. I didnt intend to spend more on new filters, but they earned my trust. Gadgets also explained the oil change reminder value which sold me on becoming a return customer for all my family vehicles. Thank you to Techs Gauge, Carter and Rell for a such a positive experience and a job well done !
First time there and they where all lovely and very quick! Got some water and a snack. They weren't so quick that I felt like it had no idea what was going on.
I was extremely happy with my service today. Take 5 is the only place that I have my oil changed. Reggie did my service and practiced safety protocols and ensure that my oil was properly changed and Alfonzo did my oil change. They also provided my little one and I with snacks for the road and cleaned my windshield!
I Am A take five fan! !! This was my first visit at the Castleton store. I am still a satisfied customer. Gauge, Robert, and Rell gave me a memorable visit.
