I had a great experience at Take 5 on Binford. The oil change was incredibly quick and efficient, which made the whole visit really convenient. The team did a nice job walking me through a few recommended services, including the air filter, windshield wipers, and cabin filter, without being pushy. I decided to go ahead and replace the wipers this time, and I’ll definitely come back for the air filter on my next visit.
Great experience! I was greeted with a bottle of water which was so nice. Jay (manager) explained what his team was doing and checking. He showed me my engine filter and air filter and said they both looked good (could have tried to tell me they needed to be replaced to sell me something extra but did not which I really appreciate). Also told me some good info about the kind of car I drive which will be helpful for the future. Very pleased!

Everybody there was friendly and helpful, and they explained everything without being pushy. I never felt pressured in any way. Staying in my car was a perk I didn't even know I needed. It was nice to not have to readjust my seat afterward. Just a thoroughly painless experience. Highly recommended!
Took our 2016 jeep renegade in for oil and filter change. They also replaced cabin filter. On the renegade it requires completely removing glove box assembly as well as some trim panels. The manager was well trained and obviously not his first time in doing so. I will return without hesitation as the team was great . Professional and friendly.
