What an amazing experience for this oil change. I personally hadn't been to Take 5 in quite a bit due to pressure from employees, overselling, rudeness. Got a coupon in my email. Decided since it had been a while I would try again. Let me tell you! They have all new staff, the smart A's are gone! I actually felt like I was wanted there! They did a great job, exactly as I expected. I was given all the information about what needed to be done to my vehicle. A "nasty comment" that was apparently on my profile was removed. I am beyond satisfied and I recommend you give them another chance!
Very professional, explained what they were doing, what options there were, and the cost for any options. Besides the oil and differential service, they checked several other areas on my truck and confirmed no additional service was recommended. Very pleased with everyone I interacted with. Will certainly be coming back!
