The crew at Take 5 in Sycamore are absolutely awesome! I was greeted with a smiling face and a cold bottle of water. Every interaction was enjoyable and the staff were so polite. They explained everything to me about the oil my car takes as well as a small issue they seen with my car. They even filled up my car tires for me, checked my air filters and my fluids under the hood and washed my windshield for me. Best service while getting an oil change ever!
I’d give 100 stars if I could. I’ve been here twice now and both experiences were phenomenal. The first time I went, I was by myself and the guys let me know I had a coolant leak but everything else was good. Everyone is friendly and fast. The second time though is what made me a lifelong customer. I had my daughters with me and they noticed and immediately offered juice boxes and fruit snacks for them. Like talk about superb customer service, right? I still have a coolant leak and probably an oil leak and one of the guys wrote down some key words on a piece of paper so I wouldn’t forget when I checked in with my family mechanic. Said if my mechanic had any questions, he could just call there and ask for him and he’d answer any questions he had. Just absolutely amazing customer service. Above and beyond, if you ask me. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
Edgar was wonderful and very knowledgeable! Came here recently for an oil change and then I had a leak and brought it back and was told it was the transmission fluid but it was clearly an oil leak. Once I brought it back Edgar helped us and discovered it had an oil leak due to the oil change not being done properly. Edgar deserves recognition!
I always go here for oil changes and other maintenance and I am always satisfied! The people are so nice and explain everything they are doing and why. Grant was the most recent guy who worked on my car. He was nice, kind, friendly, and explained everything very well! You can tell he really enjoys his job!
Josh was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I called beforehand to make sure they had the oil filter I needed in stock for an oil change and he was very professional and personable. When i arrived in the parking lot jpsh came out and greeted me at my car and guided me to the drive up bay. The process for my oil change was quick and easy and I didnt even need to get out of the car. They showed me the dipstick before they closed the hood so I could see that the oil was at the correct level. Was a wonderful experience and I will be coming back for my next oil change. Thank you take 5 you all are awesome! Im a happy client ☺️
