I was greeted promptly and friendly upon arrival at the Take 5 oil change. The staff inquired of the service I was interested in and handed me a cold bottle of water to enjoy. The premium synthetic oil service was accomplished quickly, as well as checking the tirdd ed pressure and condition of the air filter. All staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous. This Take 5 location is very convenient and easy to access. I recommend them for oil change service.
I have utilized the services at the Mt. Zion facility 3 times now. Each time I have had each service and its pricing explained and questions answered before the service was started. The service technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Gary was the tech at my most recent visit. Over those 3 visits I have had oil changed, air filters replaced and coolant drained and replaced. I highly recommend this business.
Needed an oil change so I went to the Mt Zion location. They were friendly, professional, let me make the decision about which package I wanted without added pressure. Did try to upsell on a filter (which is part of their job I’m sure) but didn’t pressure me when I declined. I thought the whole experience of being able to sit in my car and do what I do was great. Due to grand opening they offered me $20 off my oil package and in the end the price was fair. I also enjoyed how they kept me informed on what they were doing every step. Would recommend
Gary and the staff at the Mount Zion take five was awesome thanks by step-by-step what they were doing and how the process took or was met. I really enjoyed the part about the engine coolant that Gary explained to me about needing to be changed and the fact that my art filter was also needing to be changed, these guys will look out for you thank you, Gary, and the staff at the Mount Zion location
Very impressed with the service and professional manner all the techs went about doing there jobs. One of the techs advised they offered differential service which im glad they found the front dif was nasty with fuzz on the plug magnet. I bought the truck used and doubt the front had ever been serviced. I highly recommend
