The entire staff that was there was amazing. Stanley and Brandon were two names I got but also the other guy I talked to on the phone answered all my questions before coming. They were professional, asked me if I wanted to take advantage of any of their other offers, confirmed oil level with me and tested everything before letting me go. Amazing service, so fast, and didn't push me into doing anything I didn't want to do like other oil change places. I will definitely be coming back, Take 5 has made a life time customer with me today
Service was great. They did everything they were supposed to. Really enjoy sitting in the car listening to the 2 technicians confirm everything each other did. Did like the fact that the second tech rechecked that oil plug and filter were tight. And guess what they didn't tell me my cabin filter needed changed after doing it 2 months earlier like another place did.
I went yesterday and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain the services they performed. I was extremely thankful that one of the team members actually took my glovebox out and showed me the cabin air filter desperately needed to be changed. I’ll continue to use the Decatur Take 5!
My visit at your establishment was very pleasant with good vibes all around everyone’s personality matched so you felt comfortable. Those gentlemen made it so welcoming that you felt like you were at home even just for a moment I can’t remember this gentleman‘s name. He’s a larger statue, black gentleman. I was lucky enough to speak with him over the phone prior to coming into the location and he made me feel so ease so much that I stopped everything I was doing did not look up any other locations and came right to you all.
