I've been using this location for awhile and have had ZERO issues. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. My 10yo asked me if "that's how they really are" because they were so nice and that isn't the normal everywhere, unfortunately! They always answer my questions and really do provide top notch customer service. My son is looking forward to candy canes again when we go for our oil change this holiday season! Haha. Oh, also, the oil top off they offer in between oil changes is really great and at no additional cost! I didn't realize it was a thing until a few months ago and then I forgot this time until the tech mentioned I could get it yesterday. That was so helpful. Really recommend them!
Seth took care of my vehicle and his customer service was 10/10. The manager is extremely personable and professional as well. I specifically have been coming to this location for my past 3 oil changes. Being a young lady, I often feel that other shops take advantage of your ignorance. Here, they actually educate the customer. Highly recommend this location over any others. There’s a lot of Take 5s, but the crew here is irreplaceable.
Everyone here is professional and kind! The manager was checking in on the team and seeing if they needed anything, which i can appreciate. You can tell he cares about his people and it shows in their execution. They explained everything they were doing in detail and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer, just needed a price for oil change....They checked all fluids, my air filters, & tires & told me to download a coupon from the website b4 coming back next week (30% off!) and had me out of there in less than 5 minutes! Felt like I had just been in NASCAR with the pit crew! I'll be back next week, and with my coupon!
Seth was extremely helpful and informative on the services I received. He went into detail with comparing items that needed to be replaced and the different brands that were offered. Seth and his team members made my service experience very smooth and it was done quickly, I left feeling satisfied that I received great service and saved money than going to the dealership.
