Oil Change in Warner Robins GA 31088 - Take 5 #1347

Quite frankly I love coming to this location for oil changes. The techs are always incredibly polite, professional, respectful, and have great customer service. This isn’t just to customers but with each other as well, in other shops I’ve been to for service they’ve been mildly polite to customers but will turn around and speak to their coworkers like they’re off the clock and 9 beers deep (which can be fine when you’re in the back and everyone’s vibing with it but in front of customers is a bit different). These guys speak to each other with the same professionalism to each other that they offer you, which is definitely a positive for me. They even went as far as to offer everyone waiting in line bottles of water while they got into the bay, which was unexpected but very nice to receive.

Kevin was so wonderful and really took care of my car. He was extremely hospitable and kind.Him and Eric did an amazing job on my oil change and windshield wiper repair. They also topped off fluids and were very informative about everything they did to my car. Eric was also very kind and helpful. They also added air to my tires. I really enjoyed my experience at Take 5!

I see why they’re named Take 5, because the service there is absolutely 5 stars! I drop by at the earliest they opened because I had a trip planned and I couldn’t go without my car being serviced. I felt bad at even having them work RIGHT at opening, but they got to BUSINESS AS SOON AS I pulled up!!! I met 2 of the most laid back, but professional service people you could meet (Omar and Alec). They were so kind , yet so goal-oriented and focused on getting me quick and efficient service, and it puts a big smile on my face to know that the grind still lives on !! Not to mention, the pricing was extremely reasonable as well, definitely good if you’re “balling on a budget”! Thank you Omar for your kindness and effort , and thank you Alec (Manager) for your dedication to your craft . Y’all truly allowed me to start this Saturday off right. Thank you Take 5, you have earned a repeat customer for sure!!! God Bless!

I had the most amazing experience at Take 5 on 96 yesterday! I took my boyfriend's car in for an oil change, and I have to admit, I was so clueless about the whole process. But Griffin was an absolute sweetheart - kind, patient, and super knowledgeable. He walked me through every step, explaining everything, without making me feel stupid for not knowing anything about oil changes. His customer service skills are top-notch, and it's honestly so rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their job. It was so refreshing to receive good quality customer service because I was starting to believe it was non existent. Griffin, you truly made my day, and I'll be bringing my vehicle back to Take 5 on 96 from now on! Thanks again, Griffin!

I had an oil change, & general vehicle check that goes along with oil change. everyone was extremely nice, friendly, informative & competent. I will certainly continue to take my vehicle to take 5!! 😁
