Excellent customer service. Excellent product. Excellent prices. Very, very friendly staff. Everything was explained crystal clear, and it all went perfectly and done in 15 minutes. I will not only be returning to them every several thousand miles, but will be referring all of my neighbors, friends and family to the team at Take 5 in Hartwell. The manager was great, Andrew, my advisor, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great Franchise.
This was my first visit to a Take 5 Oil change and I was extremely pleased! It’s a little pricier than where I normally go but it was well worth it. Tyler and Tyler both had great customer service and they explained everything as they were doing it. They did an oil change and changed the cabin filter which has never been changed since I bought my car in 2020! Even the Nissan dealership has never mentioned changing the cabin filter. I definitely will be going back on my next oil change!
Very professional. Very polite. Knew exactly what to do for my 1996 Ford F150. Checked my tire pressure . Let me know I needed some power steering fluid. Checked all my fluids. They even washed my windshield and gave me a bottle of water! I am more than pleased with the great and friendly service they provided. Gave me a detailed receipt of what was checked and what was done. I am completely satisfied and will do business with them again!

Andrew & Wyatt changed my oil yesterday 03/31. I had the best customer service experience that I have had in years. They explained what certain things were that could help my car run better & even fixed something that a previous company messed up. Got my oil changed & got me out of there within 15 mins.
