I absolutely would come here again. Everyone there was extremely kind and patient with me. The manager was the one who was mainly helping me. I told him his staff as well as him were wonderful. They explained everything they were doing and ensured I understood what was being done as well as being honest with me and not trying to upsell me. I recommend this place and will be here again.
Wanted to say I’ve been to 6+ Take 5’s, but this one is my go to because of Brian. He kept it chill and didn’t try to upsell me anything, but got me what I asked and showed me the status of my vehicle. I spent more money solely because he didn’t pressure me into any services, just asked if I’d like them. Pretty nice guy all around.
The service was the best I have had in a long time! The young men that helped me were very informational and let me know every detail about what I was getting with my oil change, what needed to be changed, what services I still needed, and what I didn't need to change yet. I will be going back!
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Never try to upsell me. Everyone there is great, I go there every time for my oil change and I always see a worker named Israel I think. He’s so awesome, fast, and very knowledgeable in vehicles. Y’all have a great team in this location
Quick, great customer service, no pressure offerings of like an air filter. They check all your tire pressures and things for free and quickly. I have gone to several locations and I’ve always experienced a kind technician versus salesman type places I highly recommend.
