The men that worked on my car were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and when one thing was not available and would cost me more, their explanation was appreciated. They were all polite and professional. A very nice thing they individually did was wish me a HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY which was the next day. I will be back.
Stopped by this Take 5 Oil Change recently. The staff was friendly and didn’t try to push any extra services on me, which I appreciated. They explained things clearly and everything went smoothly.
Amazing Customer Service, knowledgeable and efficient staff, clean shop, well organized, and discounts that can really make the experience well worth the money. I got oil change, air filter replacement, coolant exchange. They greet you with a bottle of water and help you understand every service you get and need.
Had a great experience on 4/25. I was greated outside, guided in, and was explained and informed of every step being performed. The team did try to upsell but wasn’t too pushy and let me make my own decisions. Definitely recommend!!
Doug and Trevor and Zack was a great team. They was communicating and saying what was done and just in a good vibe. I will definitely be going back to the oakwood location. Clean and fast is a woman favorite thing.
