I have been coming to Take 5 on Wesley Chapel in Decatur Ga for an oil change for a couple of years. Every 5000 miles
It took a little longer than 10 minutes but the service was still fast and friendly. Everyone had pleasant attitudes except for the older gentleman complaining because he had to do a little more work than he wanted to do to change my oil and complaining loud enough for me (the customer) to hear him. Other than that I was pleased. It was also affordable and they gave me a $25 off coupon! I will definitely be back for my next oil change!
Excellent service. I didnt get the names of the young men who worked on my car but they were friendly, funny, and clearly knowledgeable. As a woman who is often intimidated in settings like this, I cant tell you what a relief it was to feel supported and validated. They answered my questions without making me feel stupid and didnt try to hit on me (which has been my experience in the past at this location). I'll 100% be back again.
AJ was AMAZING! !! He was extremely informative and explained to me how my dirty air filter affects my gas mileage. He answered all my questions and made me understand the difference in using a high mileage oil as opposed to a regular one. I could tell that he genuinely cared and wasn’t just trying to upsell me things that I didn’t need. This was my 2nd oil change at the Wesley Chapel location and I’ll continue going back!!
Shame on me for not getting the names of the text but they were very helpful I did purchase a pair of windshield wipers as well as the oil change they have a great rapport with working with each other I like the way they communicate with each other with every step I actually went to take my daughter's car, and purchase windshield wipers for my car and I think I will be going back to them for my oil change the customer service was very good
